Podcast Your Story
Telling your business story via a podcast will enhance your brand and help you to engage with your customers.
As a business owner, podcasts give you a way of literally talking to your audience in your authentic voice, telling your story and sharing your expertise to help build your brand. Recording one is also a fantastic way of getting some radio interview practice in – handy experience from a PR perspective. With the number of people listening to podcasts is increasing every year, isn’t it time you had one of your own?
Recording a podcast with Freelance Mum couldn’t be simpler. As a professional broadcaster with over 20 years experience, Faye will guide you through the process from start to finish.
Step one: You’ll take part in a planning session to get an idea of the theme and content of your podcast, and work out logistics.
Step two: Faye will interview you and up to two additional speakers – perhaps clients or team members – either on location or in her home studio in Whitchurch Village.
Step three: Faye will edit the interviews into a snappy podcast that tells the story of your brand.
Step four: Your podcast will be topped and tailed with the Freelance Mum introduction, or you can choose to upgrade to a bespoke version.

Podcasts & counting
“I wasn’t so sure about podcasts but the other day I was on a website of someone that has asked us to quote on some work for them. It wasn’t immediately clear what they did but I played the podcast on their homepage and I ‘got it’ instantly. I’ve since realised how effective these are. I’ve started playing them in the background while I tidy the house or make the dinner – incredible – I love doing a boring job and learning/ getting inspired at the same time!”
